Day rental is generally 8AM to midnight unless other arrangements have been made.

All renters will sign a contract. 

 Rentals require a $200 cleaning and security deposit in the form of a check due 2 weeks before your event. The check will not be cashed but held and returned to you after a final walkthrough.
